I can not afford a criminal attorney and I am innocent and have proof and witness and documentation but my public defender is not doing anything.

    You may get a free consultation, but you won’t get much free legal advice. The point of a consultation is not to arm you with the tools you need to win your case, it’s to convince you to become a paying client.
